Yes, it is. The security deposit is a one-time fixed amount in addition to the monthly rent and it’s fully refundable if there are no legit reasons to make deductions against any damage or rent defaults on your end.
The deposit is refundable upon completing the minimum duration of stay and serving a one-month notice period.
